AACAI NSW/ACT Stone Tool and Artefact Identification Workshop

The Australian Association of Consulting Archaeologists Inc. (AACAI) NSW/ACT Chapter invites you to an engaging morning of professional development focused on stone artefact identification and analysis.

Designed for archaeologists, heritage practitioners, students and consultants who are new to stone artefact analysis — or those wanting a structured refresher — this workshop places a strong emphasis on hands-on learning.

This interactive workshop, presented by Dr Trudy Doelman and hosted by Heritage Now, provides practical skills that can be immediately applied in fieldwork and laboratory settings. Places are limited to ensure meaningful hands-on experience.

When: 9.30am to 1.30pm, Wednesday 18 March 2026

Where: Heritage Now office, 51 Reuss Street, Leichhardt NSW
