DESCRIPTION:The Victorian Archaeology Colloquium is pleased to announce that the next Colloquium will be held on Friday 6 February 2026 at Union Hall\, La Trobe University\, Bundoora Campus\, and online (8.45am-5.15pm – registration open from 8am). \n\n\n\nThe Victorian Archaeology Colloquium is a one-day gathering that brings together archaeologists\, heritage practitioners\, Traditional Custodians\, academics\, and students for an informal discussion of the archaeology and cultural heritage of the State of Victoria. \nThe Colloquium is held annually on the first Friday in February\, with all presenters invited to publish in the annual\, peer-reviewed Colloquium proceedings\, Excavations\, Surveys and Heritage Management in Victoria.  \nThe Colloquium includes a great lunch and the opportunity to mingle and meet a variety of people\, including fellow students and prospective employers. \nThe Colloquium is unique in Australia\, aiming for an inclusive industry and discipline\, and a safe place to share the latest happenings and meet people.
